J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is an existing operator of stage carriage vehicle bearing registration No.KL-59/2003 covered by regular permit on the route Kozhikode - Parapangandi via. Ramantukara. It is the case of the petitioner that after introduction of his service, more than one service was introduced on the said route. Therefore, the petitioner made a request for revision of existing timings of his service as per Ext.P1 before the respondent. It is on account of non consideration of Ext.P1, the petitioner has approached this Court.

2. If Ext.P1 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall issue notice of hearing within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment to the petitioner and any other stage carrige operators adversely affected by change in timings sought for by the petitioner, and also display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent, and shall then consider the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law and by

W.P.(C) No.14687 of 2015 convening a timing conference at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say that the settlement of timings shall be in accordance with the relevant Circulars.

This writ petition is disposed as above.
