JUDGMENT

Ext. P1 order declining building permit was not preceded by any local inspection. A site inspection is essential to decipher the nature of the land taking note of the surrounding property.

I quash Ext. P1 order and direct the respondent to reconsider the issue. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months.

The writ petition is disposed of.
