J U D G M E N T

The petitioner in the above writ petition sought for revaluation of the Anatomy Paper I and paper II of the first year M.B.B.S supplementary examination conducted in March 201011. On 22.08.2012, there was an order passed by this Court directing the Vice Chancellor to furnish a suitable reply to Ext.P3 representation. That would have settled the matter. Even otherwise since no further orders were issued, the petitioner definitely would have appeared for the supplementary examination.

In such circumstance, nothing survives in the writ petition, and the writ petition would stand dismissed.
