JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is presently working as an Inspector in the Group Centre of CRPF at Pallipuram, had approached this Court challenging Ext.P4 transfer order, whereby she was transferred to the CRPF Unit at Rengareddy in Telengana State. Although various contentions are raised in the writ petition while challenging the transfer order, inter alia, on the ground that the said order was passed in violation of the norms governing transfer applicable to the CRPF, I do not find any violation of the criteria, in Ext.P5 norms, occasioned by the respondents while passing Ext.P4 order of transfer. I, therefore, see no reason to interfere with the said order of transfer in these proceedings. Faced with the said situation, and when confronted with a query from the Bench, as to the time the petitioner would need to comply with the order of transfer, an affidavit has been filed today stating that the petitioner has no objection in getting relieved from the present station after four months from today.

Taking note of the submission of counsel for the petitioner, as also the affidavit filed by the petitioner, I am inclined to permit the petitioner to remain at the present station till 31st
-2W.P.(C). No. 14767 of 2015 August, 2015. This direction is issued solely taking into account the difficulties stated to be faced by the petitioner at the moment. It is made clear that, on 01.09.2015, the petitioner shall comply with Ext.P4 order of transfer and report to the CRPF Unit at Rengareddy within the joining time, that is permitted to her as per the Rules.
The writ petition is disposed as above.
