JUDGMENT

The petitioner's vehicle with goods have been detained as per Ext.P1. The petitioner submits that the detention is on account of mistake in delivery note and thereafter, the corrected delivery note re-submitted by Ext.P6. The petitioner seeks release of the goods and vehicle. 2.

The learned Government Pleader opposed the prayer.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondents to release the goods and vehicle to the petitioner as detained by Ext.P1 on executing a simple bond without sureties.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
