J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is a person who is aspiring for a post of teacher in one of the educational institutions under the management of the 3rd respondent. Towards this end, the petitioner's father has submitted Ext.P4 representation before the 4th respondent, and the limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
W.P.(C).No.14856/2015 judgment. The petitioner shall also produce a copy of the writ petition along with the copy of this judgment before the 4th respondent, for further action.
