JUDGMENT

The prayers in this W.P.(C) are as follows:

"i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent Commissioner of Police, Cochin City directing him to look into Ext.P1 complaint and further proceed with the matter with necessary directions and orders to the 3rd respondent for registration of crime and investigation on the allegations leveled against 4th respondent in Ext.P1 and personally monitor the investigation by the 2nd respondent himself.

ii. Issue such other and further writs, orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. This Court had requested the Public Prosecutor to get instructions from the 3rd respondent Station House Officer, Thrikkakara Police Station, Ernakulam as to the matters raised in Ext.P1 petition dated 04/05/2015. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted on instruction from the 3rd respondent that going by the case projected in Ext.P1 as annexed to this petition, the alleged incidents are said to have occurred not within the territorial limits of the 3rd respondent, Thrikkakara Police Station but within that of the

W.P.(C)No.14924 of 2015 - : 2 :- recently established Info Park Police Station near Kakkanad, Ernakulam and that the 3rd respondent is not in a position to deal with the grievance projected therein.

3. Accordingly it is ordered that it is for the petitioner to submit appropriate petition/representation before the Station House Officer, Info Park Police Station, Kakkanad, Ernakulam in relation to the matter projected in Ext.P1 without any further delay and on receipt of such petition, the said Station House Officer will deal with the same in accordance with law.

With these observations and directions the W.P.(C) stands finally disposed of.
