JUDGMENT

The learned Central Government Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the 3rd respondent has already passed an order on 16.06.2015, rejecting the request made by the petitioner to renew the certificate of practice as a Notary.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge rejection of his application by filing a fresh writ petition with appropriate pleadings and reliefs. Permission is granted and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner as aforesaid.
