Apprehending a transfer, the petitioner, who is working as a Lower Primary School Assistant [LPSA] under the 2nd respondent Board, has submitted Ext.P1 representation before the 2nd respondent, requesting to retain her in the same School or to accommodate her in the nearby Schools. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation within a specified period.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent Board. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation preferred by the petitioner before him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
