J U D G M E N T

Aggrieved by the rejection of approval of appointment of the petitioner to the post of Peon, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P7 representation before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation in the light of Ext.P6 order that is passed by the Government.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The 1st respondent, while passing orders on

W.P.(C).No.14981/2015 Ext.P7 representation, shall take note of Ext.P6 order passed by the Government. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition, along with a copy of this judgment, before the 1st respondent, for further action.
