JUDGMENT

The petitioner has reportedly remitted a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- in terms of the interim order dated 17.06.2014. All that the petitioner prays is for easy instalments to pay the balance amount due.

I permit the petitioner to pay the amount due in eight equal monthly instalments starting from 30.05.2015. The coercive steps pursuant to Exts. P1 and P2 notices shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The coercive steps shall surge ahead if the petitioner commits default in the payment of any one of the instalments in time. Nothing said herein above will disable the petitioner from availing the benefit of the 'Aswas 2015' scheme. The writ petition is disposed of.
