The petitioner seeks restoration of seniority and promotion. He relies on Exts.P4 and P5 judgments rendered by this Court. The same pertains to availing leave without allowance by employees.
2. The petitioner asserts that leave so availed is liable to be reckoned for seniority. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P6 representation. The same is pending consideration with the first respondent.
3. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
