J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent. No notice is being issued to respondents 5 and 6 in view of the order which is being passed.

Petitioner, who is running a toddy shop, has come up in the writ petition seeking police protection against any obstruction from respondents 5 and 6. Petitioner's case is that although 6th respondent, a woman, was never employed by the petitioner, she is claiming employment on wages.

Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submitted that the claim of the 6th respondent is regarding wages for the year 2015-2016, which has been already taken cognizance of by the District Labour Officer and posted for 9/6/15. He submitted that police authorities are ready to provide
W.P (C) No. 15136/15 -:2:- protection to the toddy shop in the event of any obstruction. In that view of the matter, we close the writ petition with the observation that in the event any obstruction is caused, it shall be open to the petitioner to bring the matter into the notice of the police authorities, the 2nd respondent, who shall take appropriate action for maintaining law and order.
