JUDGMENT
Surendra Mohan,J.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over to us across the bar the interim order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P No.12364 of 2015. We notice from the interim order that, the operation of the orders against which the Special Leave Petition was filed, has been stayed only in so far as the petitioners in the said case were concerned. Therefore, we are not satisfied that the petitioner is entitled to take the benefit of the said interim order and seek a similar interim order from this Court, especially since this Court has already disallowed a similar claim as per the judgment dated 10.04.2015 in W.P.(C) No.9218 of 2015 and connected cases. It is the said judgment against which the Special Leave Petition has been filed by the aggrieved party. Since the interim order of the Hon'ble
W.P.(C).No.15140 of 2015 Supreme Court is confined to the petitioner in the Special Leave Petition, the petitioner cannot claim the benefit thereof in a separate writ petition filed before this Court.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed.
