JUDGMENT

There is no representation for the writ petitioner. However, on a perusal of the complaint, on which the writ petitioner seeks action, I find that he in fact does not deserve any relief in criminal action. Finding that there is no merit in the complaint, he was directed by this Court on 09.01.2015 to report whether he wants to proceed with the writ petition. Now, there is no representation. It appears that the writ petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
