JUDGMENT
The petitioner has come up before this Court alleging that the application submitted by the petitioner for settling timings for the petitioner's stage carriage has not been considered so far.
2.
The petitioner is the registered owner of the stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 13/V 2819 operating between Kannur-Chakkarakkal-Ajarakandy-Muringeri. The petitioner alleges that it requires small change in the existing time schedule by changing the departure timing at 8.23 pm instead on 8.45 p.m. Since, the application was submitted on 20.4.2015, the same was not considered so far. 3.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of the directing the
W.P.(C) No. 15249 of 2015 -2respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 application submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an earlier action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition as well as the copy of the judgment before the respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V.
