Ashok Bhushan, CJ.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the second respondent, in view of the order, which is being passed.
2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging police harassment. The learned Government Pleader was allowed time to obtain instructions. After obtaining instructions, the learned Government Pleader submitted that no complaints have been received against the petitioner, nor the Deputy Superintendent of Police has called the petitioner at any point of time. He submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent with regard to which the Police has no concern.
WP(C).15270/15 Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed.
