JUDGMENT
P.N.Ravindran, J.
The main relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the State of Kerala to remove respondents 4 and 5 from the Managing Committee of Guruvayoor Devaswom. Though the petitioner has also challenged Ext.P1 Government order dated 21.05.2014 whereby the Government issued certain directions to revamp the working of the Guruvayoor Devaswom, none of the grounds raised in the writ petition relate to that aspect of the matter. A reading of the grounds discloses that the main and only grievance of the petitioner is regarding the continuance of respondents 4 and 5 in the Guruvayoor Devaswom Managing Committee. The term of the Managing Committee of which the fourth respondent was the chairman and the fifth respondent was a member in his capacity as a representative of the employees, came to an end on 14.11.2015.
Such being the situation, as respondents 4 and 5 have ceased to be the members of the Managing Committee, the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. The writ petition has in our
W.P.(C)No.15501 of 2014 -:2:- opinion become infructuous by efflux of time. It is accordingly closed as infructuous.
