Dated this the 22nd day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner, who joined service under the 1st respondent as a Watchman in January, 1996, on daily wage basis, and served continuously for two years and eight months, and thereafter, was reengaged with effect from 21.04.2014, has approached the 3rd respondent through Ext.P4 representation seeking a regularisation in the present post occupied by him namely, Security. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation within a stipulated period.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy
