J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to 4th respondent in view of the judgment which is being passed. 2.
Petitioner has filed this writ petition alleging police harassment. He submitted that at the instance of the 4th respondent, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are putting pressure on the petitioner to give certain photographs. Learned Government Pleader submits that a complaint was received form the 4th respondent, which was directed to be enquired. In that matter, both the petitioner and the 4th respondent were called. He submitted that 4th respondent appeared, but the petitioner informed that he requires two weeks' time to appear. We do not find any cause of police harassment. If the petitioner has been called in connection with the investigation, which is being done on
