J U D G M E N T
The petitioner, who is a law student studying in the 5th respondent college, is aggrieved by the conduct of the office of the 5th respondent in not providing the details of his internal assessment marks awarded for his 9th Semester LLB (5 year) Course conducted from January - June during the year, 2009, by the 1st respondent. The petitioner alleges that for that reason, his results for the 9th Semester LLB (5 year) Course, which was conducted in May 2014, are withheld by the 1st respondent University. According to the petitioner, the University does not insist for a separate minimum for Internal Assessment.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent University, inviting my attention to Chapter XXVII of the
W.P.(C) No. 15370 of 2015 ..2..
MG University Statute, 1997, would submit that the petitioner can make a representation to the Vice Chancellor through the Principal of the college, who, in turn, shall refer the matter to the Board of Adjudication of Grievances.
Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the 5th respondent with a proper representation addressed to the Vice Chancellor within a period of one month from today. In the event of filing such a representation, the same shall be forwarded by the 5th respondent to the Vice Chancellor of the respondent University, who, in turn, shall refer the matter to the Board of Adjudication of Grievances. A final decision in the matter shall be taken by the Board within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation referred by the Vice Chancellor.
