JUDGMENT

By order dated 14.08.2009, this Court directed the petitioner to take fresh notice to the respondents in their correct address, to be furnished by the petitioner within one week from that date.

2. On 14.3.2013, when the case was again listed before the Bench, there was no representation for the petitioner. The Registry has reported that the petitioner has not not taken steps to issue fresh notice on the respondents, in terms of order dated 14.8.2009.

3. Today, when the case was taken up for final hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. In such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
