J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the shop rooms occupied by the petitioners as tenants, which were owned by the 1st respondent corporation, are now taken over by the Thrissur Development Authority; and the Thrissur Development Authority has no objection in the petitioners continuing in the said premises as lessees. It is submitted that in the light of the subsequent developments, the petitioners do not require any relief and the writ petition can be closed.
Therefore, the writ petition is closed without examining the merits of the grounds raised.
