JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is working as a High School Assistant (Physical Science) under the management of the 5th respondent, seeks a transfer to the SHTTI, Mylapra, which is another School under the management of the 5th respondent. Highlighting her grievance, she has preferred Exts.P9 and P10 representations before the 5th respondent, and the limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 5th respondent to consider and pass orders on the said representations within a specified time frame. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I direct the 5th respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P9 and P10 representations, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
