JUDGMENT
The petitioner (now attained the age of superannuation) seeks regularisation in service. The petitioner contends that he had worked as an empanelled driver in the KSRTC for long. The petitioner claims the benefit of Ext. P2 Government Order and other orders in vogue for the purpose of regularisation. 2.
Ext. P7 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration. I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P7 representation within two months. The petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise. The writ petition is disposed of.
