JUDGMENT
The petitioner seeks disbursement of the monetary benefits due to him. The contentions of the petitioner are as follows:- i) The period of suspension has been ordered to be treated as earned leave in the disciplinary proceedings culminated.
ii) Leave without allowance availed prior to 10.06.2010 is to be reckoned as qualifying service for pension. 2.
The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext. P4 representation with the respondent. I direct the respondent to consider Ext. P4 representation within two months. The petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise. Steps to disburse the amount if any due to the petitioner shall be taken expeditiously.
