JUDGMENT
Aggrieved by the delay in disposing of Ext.P1 request submitted by the petitioner, he has approached this Court. 2.
The petitioner is operating a regular stage carriage KL-10-L-127, between Edavanna and Padinhare Chathallur. The petitioner alleges that after the issuance of timings to the petitioner's service, a large number of services were introduced on the sectors of the route and some of the services have surrendered their permits. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 request for revision of his own timings suggesting clear gap timings with other services. But the respondent has not so far taken any action to consider the same.
3.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader in the matter. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for in the
W.P.(C) No.15545 of 2015 -2writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1 request submitted by the petitioner, within a period of one months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early action, it shall be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the writ petition as well as the copy of the judgment before the respondent at the earliest. Sd/- A.V.
