J U D G M E N T
When the matter was taken up today, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the 4th respondent Board that Exts.P3 and P5 orders issued by the 3rd and 2nd respondents respectively will be complied with by the 4th respondent. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the 4th respondent complies with the directions in Exts.P3 and P5 orders, then his grievance in the writ petition stands redressed. Recording the submission of the learned Standing counsel for the 4th respondent that the directions in Exts.P3 and P5 orders will be complied with by the 4th respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, the writ petition is closed.
