JUDGMENT
The petitioner in the writ petition is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in denying her request for revaluation of the Science Subject of the Higher Secondary Examination, 2015. It is the case of the petitioner that the marks obtained by the petitioner in the science subject was low and the petitioner firmly believes that if a revaluation is done, then the marks would improve. The petitioner, however, has not been able to point to any provision, that enables the petitioner to claim, as of right, a revaluation of the answer sheet of the petitioner at Higher Secondary School Examination 2015. In the absence of any express provision, either in the prospectus or any other notification issued in connection with the conduct of the examination, that would enable the petitioner to claim a revaluation of the answer sheets, I am of the view that the prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition cannot be granted.
Resultantly, the writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed.
