Dated this the 27th day of May, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioner who was appointed as U.P.S.A in P.K.High School, Mannapra, Palakkad district, is aggrieved by the denial of approval for the period from 01.06.2010 to 01.06.2011. It is his contention in the writ petition that for the period subsequent to 01.06.2011 his appointment was approved by the educational authority. Seeking an approval for the prior period namely 01.06.2010 to 01.06.2011, he has preferred Exts.P3 and P4 revision petitions before the respondent. In the writ petition, the only prayer urged by the petitioner is for a direction to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 and P4 expeditiously.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondent. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P3 and P4 revisions preferred by the petitioner after hearing the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
