JUDGMENT

The petitioner in the above writ petition was concerned with the quota fixed for Haj for the year 2010. When the matter was taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner. In any event, since the petitioner had challenged the quota fixed for the year 2010, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous; however, leaving open the contentions of the petitioner. No costs.
