J U D G M E N T

The prayers in the above Writ Petition (Civil) are as follows: "i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider Ext.P4 representation and thereby direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to submit the final corrected charge sheet in Crime No. 446/2011 of the Koipuram Police Station, forthwith before the J.F.C.M.-II, Pathanamthitta or within a time frame.

ii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." After hearing Sri.Abraham Samson, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for official respondents 1 and 2, it is ordered in the interest of justice that in case Ext.P-4 has been received by the 1st respondent and no effective action thereon has not been taken, then the competent authority among respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the request made in Ext.P-4 and take a decision thereon in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment.
