JUDGMENT

The petitioner approached this Court challenging SARFAESI proceedings. The petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to pay the entire liability within the time granted by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the Bank opposed the prayer of the petitioner and submits that the liability is more than Rs.14,09,157/-.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ peittion is disposed of with the following directions:

1. The petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,00,000/- in two instalments starting from 25.6.2015.

2. If the petitioner pays the amount, the Bank shall give six months time to the petitioner to settle the entire liability.

3. In view of the above direction, to work out the relief, all coercive steps shall be deferred.
