JUDGMENT
On 15.07.2015, when this writ petition came up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and that, a short adjournment may be granted for impleading the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition was ordered to be posted after ten days.
2. Today, when the case was taken up for further consideration, none appears for the petitioner. The learned Government Pleader on instructions would point out that the petitioner died as early as on 11.07.2008 and that, the pensionary benefits due to her was also settled on 29.03.2010 by making payment to her legal heirs.
Since no steps are being taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. SD/- ANIL K. NARENDRAN, JV JUDGE
