J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who was appointed as Upper Primary School Assistant in the V V Higher Secondary School, Thamarakkulam, Alappuzha, is aggrieved by the non-approval of her appointment, as also by the non-sanctioning of posts under the 1:40 teacher - student ratio for the academic year 2010-11. Highlighting her grievance, the petitioner has preferred Exts.P5 and P8 representation and revision respectively, before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 and P8 representations, after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition

W.P.(C).No.15764/2015 with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 representation and P8 revision, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a copy of the judgment before the 1st respondent. A.K.JAYASANKARAN NAMBIAR JUDGE prp
