J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, whose father was working as a category IV employee under the 2nd respondent, has approached respondents 2 to 4 with Ext.P5 representation seeking compassionate appointment to a suitable post under the services of the said respondents. In the writ petition, the limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation preferred by the petitioner expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri.Jose Kuriakose, the learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 to 4 as also Sri.N.Nagaresh, the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India takes notice for the 1st respondent.

On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition

W.P.(C).No.15806/2015 with a direction to respondents 2 to 4 to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
