The petitioners have approached this Court alleging harassment by the first respondent. It is submitted that there are several cases between the petitioners and the 3rd respondent and their family members. There is an allegation that the petitioners had committed theft, for that purpose, petitioners are unnecessarily being harassed.
2.
It is not in dispute that a crime had already been registered against the petitioners and they had obtained anticipatory bail. In fact, for the purpose of investigation, the police will have to summon the petitioners and take their statements. They will have to paricipate in the investigation process and that itself will not amount to any harassment. The investigation will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
W.P.(C) No.15826 of 2015 -: 2 :- Under such circumstances, we do not think that any case of harassment is made out in the writ petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
