JUDGMENT
This original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to sanction pensionary benefits to the petitioner and for other reliefs. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for time for arguing the matter. This original petition has been filed as early as on 5-12-2002. This is one of the old matters pending in this Court. In these circumstances, rejecting the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner for adjournment, this original petition is closed without going into the merits of the contentions raised.
