The petitioner, who is a member of Scheduled Caste, has approached this Court alleging that his father had obtained 10 cents of land as per Ext.P2 decree. He applied for patta before the 1st respondent as per Ext.P1, which was numbered as OA No.131/99. However, the 2nd respondent filed shifting application in the said OA; and the petitioner filed Ext.P3 application to withdraw his case, before the 1st respondent on 14.11.2011. His grievance is that the 1st respondent has not considered Ext.P3 till date and no orders have been passed thereon.
As the limited prayer in this writ petition is for a consideration of Ext.P3 by the 1st respondent, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 application within a period of one month from today if Ext.P3 has not been disposed of till date.
