Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 3rd respondent in view of the judgment which is being passed. 2.
Petitioner has come up in the writ petition alleging harassment by the 2nd respondent. He submitted that at the instance of the 3rd respondent, petitioner is being harassed by the police authorities. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that one complaint was filed by the petitioner in June, 2014 on which parties were called and finding that the dispute was civil in nature, the matter was closed. He submits that again on 24th of March, 2015, on a compliant received from the 3rd respondent, the petitioner was called to appear on 1st April, 2015. He appeared and a statement was recorded and finding the dispute to be civil in nature, the matter has been closed by the
W.P (C) No. 15985/15 -:2:- police. Learned Government Pleader further submits that the 3rd respondent has also filed a civil suit.
3.
Be that as it may, petitioner was called in connection with a complaint received from the 3rd respondent. We do not find it a case for police harassment, More so, police having already closed the complaint, we do not find any good ground to entertain the writ petition.
Writ petition is closed.
