J U D G M E N T

In connection with an approval of the short term appointment of the petitioner as Upper Primary School Assistant at St. Mary's High School, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 representation before the 4th respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation submitted by him.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation preferred by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
