JUDGMENT
Claiming the benefit of Ext.P1 Government order, petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 representation which is stated to be forwarded to the 1st respondent. Petitioner claims that he has completed 10 years of continuous service as empanelled driver in May, 2010 and he is eligible for regularisation as in the case of several others even relaxing conditions.
2. Since it is pointed out that Ext.P3 representation has been forwarded to the 1st respondent, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two months.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Sd/- P.V.ASHA, JUDGE SKV
