Dated this the 1st day of June, 2015 J U D G M E N T The petitioners who are working as teachers in the 5th respondent's School, are stated to have completed 6 to 7 years of continuous service. The School is recognized as an unaided School affiliated to the 4th respondent. Seeking regularization of their services, the petitioners have preferred Ext.P2 representation before the 3rd respondent and the limited prayer of the petitioners in the writ petition is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation within a specified time frame.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 representation, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
