JUDGMENT
The petitioner claims monetary benefits allegedly due under Ext. P1 award of the Labour Court as modified by Ext. P2 judgment of this Court. The parties are at variance as to whether the monetary benefits due to the petitioner have already been disbursed or not. It is open to the petitioner to move the first respondent in this regard who is empowered to give directions under Section 66A of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969.

Any motion made by the petitioner in this regard within one month from today shall be dealt with by the first respondent within two months therefrom. The petitioner as well as the third respondent Secretary of the Service Cooperative Bank shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise.
The writ petition is disposed of.
