J U D G M E N T

In connection with a dispute regarding the management of a School, the petitioner has approached the 1st respondent through Ext.P11 revision petition. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P11 revision petition, after hearing the petitioner and the 5th respondent.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P11 revision petition filed before him by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner and the 5th respondent.
