JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

"A writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2nd respondent to consider and pass an appropriate order on Ext.P4 in the next hearing day of the 2nd respondent or any other subsequent day before starting of the current academic year 2014-2015 enabling the petitioner to start the institution."

2. When the matter came up for consideration before this Court on 27.06.2014 the following interim order was passed: "Standing counsel takes notice for all the respondents. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Review Committee is going to have sitting on 30.06.2014. In that event the Review Committee shall make all endeavors to consider Ext.P4 application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the procedure prescribed."

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order, the matter can be disposed of, making the interim order absolute.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly, making the interim order dated 27.06.2014 absolute.
