J U D G M E N T

The petitioner, who is appointed as Upper Primary School Assistant, the approval to which appointment was denied by the educational authorities, has preferred a revision petition before the 2nd respondent. Ext.P6 is that revision petition. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 revision petition within a stipulated period, after hearing the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 revision petition within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner.
