J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is concerned with the disposal of SM. No. 3334 of 2014 pending before the office of the Land Tribunal, Ottappalam. The petitioner's contention is that, the Village Officer has submitted a report, produced at Ext.P2, which is dated 18.11.2014. The petitioner has filed an application at Ext.P4 for an early posting of the case. In such circumstance, definitely the Tribunal would have to consider the early posting application, taking into account the pendency of matters before the Tribunal. The consideration of Ext.P4 application shall be done expeditiously, and if possible the matter taken up and disposed of at the earliest.

The writ petition is disposed of.
