JUDGMENT

It is submitted that the first petitioner has already received all benefits. However, it is submitted that the second petitioner has not received any benefits. This writ petition is filed for retention of benefits of advance increments sanctioned as per Clause 1.616 of the G.O.(P) No.179/99/H.Edn dated 21.12.1999. The petitioners rely on Ext.P1 judgment. It is also submitted that the judgment also has been upheld by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1888/2012. In view of the judgment as above, there shall be a direction to the respondents to retain the benefits of the advance increments sanctioned in terms of Clause 1.616 of the Government Order referred as above in the revised scale of pay and refix the pay. The arrears shall be disbursed within two months. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
