J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging that by Ext.P5 notice, the timing conference scheduled for 28.05.2015 stands posted to 04.06.2015 at 12.00 pm, i.e., after the completion of the timing conference in respect of the 2nd respondent's permit scheduled on the same day at 11.00 am.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by both sides that the next timing conference is scheduled to be held on 18.06.2015.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to settle the timing of the stage carriage operated by the petitioner and the 2nd respondent in the meeting scheduled to be held on 18.06.2015.
